MANAGER
DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING
This full-time role calls for the expertise of a registered Medical Radiation
Technologist (Radiology) whose track record of progressive accountabilities includes
5 or more years of recent clinical experience and 2 to 3 years of success as a leader
or manager. Reporting both to the VP and CNO at Stevenson and to the Director of
Paramedical Services at Southlake Regional Health Centre, you will ensure that
Diagnostic Imaging Services are integrated and co-ordinated with patient needs and
with the needs of other healthcare providers within the institution. Preferably holding a
master's degree in Health Management or equivalent, and membership with the Ontario
Association of Radiology Managers, you are committed to professional development
and demonstrate a high degree of technological expertise, including Word, Excel, and
online scheduling/calendar maintenance software. You are a skilled leader and
communicator, able to disseminate information effectively organizationwide,
foster an environment that promotes teamwork, provide coaching and mentoring,
and facilitate positive interactions among all members of the health care team.
