Clinical Supervisor
The Supervisor is an experienced clinician who works in partnership with the Manager
to coordinate the delivery of high-quality professional care on an assigned unit. The
Supervisor acts as an ambassador for the hospital and is the first point of contact for staff, patients and families. As a champion of best practice the Supervisor supports quality and process improvement initiatives and empowers staff to be the best they can be in the delivery of
the "ideal patient experience". This position also contributes to and is an integral part of
corporate initiatives and efforts to enhance Toronto East General's mission, values and goals.
